A viable candidate is both qualified and interested in your position.
The 10% placement fee is payable when a hire is made among the viable candidates presented.
We will replace any candidates that are placed through our service for fee for the first 90 days if they don’t perform to the original role description or they left prematurely, given the employers have paid in full in all fees.
Please note that if the job role has changed or the position is made redundant due to reasons that are not related to the ability of the candidate doing his/her job, this guarantee does not apply.
