How do I sign up as a Flexer?
"Flexers" are GoingFlex's term for professionals and experts.To join as a Flexer, click "Start Free", follow the prompt, select sign up as Flexer and accept our terms and conditions. Once signed up, please complete email verification and proceed to your "dashboard" to complete your profile, including your avg. hourly rate, your experience & education background, licenses & certificates, and your skills. You are automatically assigned a FREE Flexer trial plan with options to upgrade to premium features.

How do I sign up as a Client?
"Clients" are those looking for professional talents and their services.To join as a client, click "Start Free", follow the prompt, select sign up as a Client, and accept our terms and conditions. Once signed up, please complete email verification and proceed to your "dashboard" to update your profile. You are automatically assigned a FREE client trial plan with options to upgrade to premium features.
Step 2. Post a Need (for Client) OR Post a Service (for Flexer)
Again, it's FREE to post a need or service!-

How to post a service?
If you'd like to post fixed-price/hourly service/digital downloadable services that customers can purchase with a "Buy Now" button, please login and navigate to your dashboard and click "Post a Service" from the top menu. Your first posting is free.
Once your profile is complete, you will also be notified for client needs that match your skills.

How to post a need?
No job is to small or too big on GoingFlex. To post a job, please login to your client account and navigate to your dashboard and click on "Post a Job" from your top menu. You can also use the top search bar to find a Flexer to invite them to submit a proposal for your posted jobs or professional services that you could purchase with a "Buy-Now" button.
You can review all proposals submitted from you dashboard and chat with flexers for any questions. Once you have selected a Flexer, deposit money into escrow and work begins with the Flexer. Rest assured, payment won't be released to the Flexer if work is not delivered.

How escrow payment works?
We accept credit card payment through Stripe. All payment will be stored in a secured escrow account with GoingFlex. Once Client confirms the delivery of work, payment will be released to Flexer minus 10% platform fee.
All invoice and payment information is available from account dashboard.

Payout
How frequent does flexer gets paid?
Once work is delivered and confirmed by the Client, payment will be released to Flexer in 3-5 business days. (minus 10% platform fee).
Payout could be done using a variety of methods including Paypal, ACH/Wire Transfer, or Zelle depending on your preference.
Flexers have access to balance and earning information in real-time through account dashboard.
